Windows doesn’t show up in the file manager, you should
Open Disk Management on Windows 8 or 10, right-click the start button and select “Disk Management”.On Windows 7, press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, type diskmgmt.msc into it, and press Enter

I use this for my audio/video production classes — we’re in the second semester, and this little guy is still going strong. It’s got enough storage space that I only need the one for all my classes, and it’s small and easy to cart around with my other school supplies. It’s compatible with both computers I use (one school PC and my school Dell laptop), and is incredibly reliable. The processing speed is more than enough, and as long as you keep folders it’s easy to keep things organized and readable on it.

Love the storage it gives me. I can put photos and videos and files on it, I did have to look up how to use it, but it’s reliable. all my files are in the storage once I put them in there, it’s great. The speed to load everything may depend on how much you’ve put in there, I’ve put around 1,000+ photos and it takes a little to load but they’re all there. The weight isn’t heavy and it’s easy to carry around if need be. Good value for money and in the az heat it’s resistant to any higher temps in the car if left. But I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything electronic in the heat for a long time lol. Comes with its own cord and easy to plug in.

I love the small size of this external hard drive and its 2TB capacity. I have tons of digital files and my computer was running low on storage so I started looking for an external hard drive. This one fit all my needs and was competitively priced. So far it is working great and my computer is running much better without being clogged down by the files.

I use this with my MacBook Pro and it has worked perfectly. Fast transfers and great for saving storage space on my Mac. I can work on files stored on it without having to transfer them back on to my computer.

I purchased this 2TB external hard drive, thought the price was reasonable. This product had plenty good reviews. But upon receiving & connecting to my computer I ran into a problem.I tried connecting to both my iMac & MacBook computer, following the directions that came with. The indicator light was on, i could feel and hear it making an almost silent hum, but it never showed on my computers. I disconnected & reconnected multiple times, it doesn’t have plug or any switches, so I was a bit confused when the directions indicated it may need extra power.I looked through multiple reviews, video reviews left from Amazon influencers & help video provided by Amazon. Even went to google and YouTube & no one seemed to answer the question i had for my problem specifically.I connected to a windows computer I have & it connected no problem, so I knew it wasn’t the hard drive so there was no need to return.Finally i ordered an usb hub from amazon, connected it to the back of my iMac, connected the hard drive into the hub & finally it appeared on my apple computer.For reference, i did check disk utility’s multiple times, toggled everything on that should’ve been on, but it didn’t appear/pair until i used that usb hub which i assume is what gave it more power.Many I’ve seen here purchased the 1 TB or lower so if you order the 2TB & plan to use it on an Apple device, be sure to order a usb hub if you don’t already own one to save you some time!The external hard drive itself is small & compact, it’s durable & doesn’t put off a lot of sound. It makes a humming sound but barely noticeable, same with the very little vibration it puts off. I was able to move all my files quickly with no problem after formatting. Would purchase again now that I have fixed the initial issue, which is why i gave 4/5 stars.

It is much smaller than I thought it would be, and seems put together well enough. Definitely not rugged though. It connected to my Xbox and was instantly recognized and ready for formatting which went super smooth. The speeds are very close to what they are advertised as. I got an average of about 710-750 Mbps which is close to the converted advertised speeds of 800 Mbps. It does get a slight dip in speeds around the first 10 seconds and last 15 seconds of a transfer, but it only fell to 650 Mbps which is still fast enough for me. Very good value for money. Also does stay relatively cool during sustained transfers however it did eventually begin to get a little bit warm, but not concerningly warm or anything.My drive did only come with 698 GB when it should have come with 750 GB, but overall seems like a great product.

O produto foi enviado rapidamente, tive alguns problemas com a localização do mesmo, mas ao entrar em contato com o vendedor, tudo foi rapidamente resolvido, então só tenho elogios sobre o envio e o vendedor. Sobre o produto, ele veio bem embalado, tem uma ótima qualidade e é bem bonito, comprei especificamente para jogar no meu console, e até agora minha experiência está sendo ótima, os jogos rodam tranquilamente, e não senti nenhuma perda de qualidade em questão a gráficos e desempenho, só houve uma pequena queda de qualidade em relação a velocidade de carregamento, mas isso é comum, visto que se trata de um HD e não um SSD como os dos consoles atuais. Minha conclusão é que o produto vale muito a pena, independente se será para trabalhos, estudos, ou jogos.
