I originally bought this product because I thought when it said "2 expandable storage slots", that it meant that you could plug them in and add to your storage space. That's not the case. It's literally just a space to put the cards into so you don't lose them. So, beware on that factor. It's not to increase your storage space. Additionally, the fan that attaches to the back of the series x, with the one I received, I had to jiggle the detachable fan while it was plugged into my Xbox to get it to start working. It's seems to be working fine now. Fans don't seem to be all that powerful, at least mine doesn't it seems like, but I do like having the headset mount. Keeps my headset off the ground. Only issues I have is that I had to buy another headset because this accessory takes away a USB spot for one of my 2 external harddrives and now have nowhere to plug in the dongle for the headset.

It looks great and is small, installation was easy.I would say good quality not great, it comes in separate small pieces and the fan isn't as strong as I expected even on full blast but it does the job. It has a space for the Xbox to sit and it fits perfectly. My biggest issue was the controller chargers (which was literally half the reason I bought it) I bought the normal Xbox battery packs.. but it takes new usb-c power packs. So I wasted the money on the batteries I bought and haven't had the funds to get the right ones. I didn't see anything telling me this when I read through the listing, and I would have gotten the right ones had I seen this. Now we use the controller spots to hold video games which looks alright. Sort of a waste for us but it does half the job! The fan has kept the unit cool and dog hair free which was the goal.

Great fan that keeps Xbox from overheating when used for an extended period of time. My son was thrilled to get this. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and makes such a difference.

The fan works but the charging ports do not work at all whatso-ever which ruins my day because its aesthetically pleasing at first but knowing that the charing port does not work as advertised even after trying to charge my controllers for weeks. I here the click and noise for the controller when I put it in the charging port but it does not work whatsover, so their you go.

This unit holds your Xbox fine. It requires battery packs that are not sold with it to fit your controller. MUST BE MANUALLY TURNED ON or the fans don't blow air. It overheated my Xbox as I figured it would turn on when the Xbox does. IT DOES NOT. would highly recommend not buying this unit.
