We love our new table, but the glass wind guard arrived shattered. Contacting the seller for a replacement has been a challenge. Everything else works well and we will enjoy the table on our patio.

First off this unit has always been covered with cover provided. It has never been in the rain once, that it wasn’t covered. The reason being is we are located in FL. And have yet to use but recently. It is very difficult to light. 7 months later it is starting to rust not even one year into owning or using it. Complete was of my money. I will try to get my money back, will update it if I am successful. UPDATE; The seller was benevolent in giving several options to satisfy my issue. The issue was resolved. I would suggest getting a better cover than the one supplied. The seller suggested to move the unit to a more climate controlled environment when not in use. Unfortunately my unit has the gas line under my pavers, not allowing that convenience. I would buy from the seller again, no problem.

We love the look of this fire pit. We did have to contact the seller about shipping and they were very responsive and helpful. If you buy the option with the wind shield they will likely ship and come on two different delivery days but Amazon will mark the whole thing as delivered when the first item arrives.
