Premium urethane round belting is Suitable for your conveyor applications and most other light to medium duty applications. You can join the ends to create a custom belt by simply melting the tips of the material and sticking them evenly to one another until they cool.
How to use?
The method of jointing the ends of the belt:
Step1: To be heated with an alcohol lamp until it is hot enough to melt the end of the belting.
Step2: Join the ends together until they cool.
Step3: Trim off the extra material around the joint until the joint is the same diameter as the belt.

I purchased this belting to make a drive band for my Schacht spinning wheel. I am replacing a band made ten years ago from the same material: the original still works well, but decided I should have a replacement on hand just in case since that band has now had a decade of use.Works great! No problems with melting the ends to create a solid join in the belt, and the new belt also functions well on my wheel during the "test drive" of spinning a four ounce bobbin.The company shipped very promptly - thanks for the good service!
