Used this in a brushless Traxxas blast build to replace the awful plastic coupler. Held up great until the boat caught on fire, was one of the few parts that remained intact.

Worked perfect for my application. Connecting drive shafts on a small motor.Used to connect 2mm shaft to 1/8 shaft. I had to bore out one end to .125 to adapt the product. Simple fix to get my unit going.

Do not buy this. This is a plastic piece AND the dimensions are NOT accurate. The 5 mm side is actually 4.8 mm so a 5 mm rod does not fit. Chineseum typical.

i drilled the shaft hole to 1/8 all the way thru coupler .I connected one end to a dremel tool grinding stone and tightened set screw. I used a 1/8 hardened wire stock from hardware store a made a perfect extension that i needed to get inside a gun magazine to get rid of a ruff spot .

Using this for a Proboat Jet Jam brushless motor mod, it's a drop in replacement for the stock part. Fitment was perfect.
