There isn't a normal set screw to attach this to a shaft. There is a key way.

Missing the bolt that holds revolving handle to wheel. This is a special bolt with a shoulder that cannot be found at a normal hardware store. Picture clearly shows bolt in handle.

Needed a new crank handle for cheapo drill press. This was close but slightly smaller diameter from what was there so less leverage, and harder to turn, but it works. Also had to find a 10/32 set screw at HD, and drill / tap my own hole for it. All in all ok for the money, and seems sturdy (better than what was there). Price was ok, shipping was quick.
