Fill the ice tray with water until the inner wall is about 0.15 inches down is best.

I really like the size. They get pin holes in the silicone that leaks out onto freezer floor. Makes marble size ice drips. Never overfilled them. I do like them. Easy to get ice out of trays.

These are fantastic ice cube trays. The design is awesome. I like how it is easy to pop the cubes out using the silicone bottom. The tray cover is nice to stack and keep the cubes fresh.

I like the design of these because they seem to have a good combo of silicon and a harder plastic to make it easy to fill and transport to the freezer. The cubes so far pop out well.

Nice, big cubes. Just make sure you run the bottom under water before you push the cubes out or it might break.

Lids fit perfectly and securely, ice pops out easily and can stack all three on top of each other so takes up little room,I really recommend.

I purchased two of these trays and a set of smaller cube size. I am so pleased with the larger cubes. They come out easily with a simple press on the bottom. The lids keep water from spilling on the floor and inside the freezer. I would buy them again and probably will.

Love the large cubes. Love that they stack making room in the freezer. Directions say to leave them out for several minutes before trying to remove, but if you don't want to wait, turn them upside down under cold running water for a couple seconds (with the lid on!) and they pop right out as well.

I love a good silicone based ice tray! These are amazing. Convenient, easy to use, decent price point, and the lids are excellent. These are great to have on hand for water refills. The cubes are good sized and they come out easily. Love them. Recommend.

I do not review a lot of products and I certainly didn't think I would ever be writing one for ice cube trays! However, I drink a particular brand of peach tea in my favorite 24 ounce insulated bottle and I used to fill it up with ice every morning topping it off once typically late in the day. Unfortunately I really do not enjoy the peach tea when it gets watered down (which typically happens during the coarse of the night). Also, my wife and I go through a fair amount of ice during a month.One morning, after my tea was fairly watered down I dumped out the remaining tea in my bottle and it dawned on me..... what if I make my own "ice", if I could find a couple of ice cube trays that would make large cubes (just big enough to fit in my wide-mouthed bottle, say about 1 3/4") using the peach tea instead of water?After a very brief search I found these trays on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I admit I was a little skeptical of trying to make my own "ice" using trays of any kind because I had tried it in the past and had ended up breaking every hard plastic (relatively stiff) ice cube tray we had. Over time the trays would become brittle and would ultimately crack when I would "flex" the trays to remove the frozen cubes. That's where these trays come in!The soft, flexible, bottoms of these particular ice cube trays make removing the "ice" extremely easy whether I only need to remove one cube at a time or all of them at once! In addition, each tray comes with a plastic top so you can stack them and you do not have to worry about spilling, as long as you have fairly steady hands, or worry about any of the "ice" (or tea) in the bottom tray sticking to the bottom of the top tray!!These ice cube trays are very easy to use and I no longer have to worry about my tea becoming watered down. So, whether you are just looking to make your own ice cubes, or want to use them to make cubes of a different "flavor" like me, these trays work great!

Bought these to make some novelty ice cubes for Christmas. Wasn’t expecting much but they’re fantastic. Things that motivated me to write a reviewno1 the lids fit really well so no more balancing from the sink to the freezerNo2 the silicone style material at the bottom works really well to get the ice cubes out. Just run for 10 secs under the tap and push the silicone and they pop out really easily.3 trays and 3 lids - perfect! Dishwasher safe too!
