This is for an extended cab k1500.mine is a 1997. Good bends and correct hanger. Thick flange. Look at Walker website for part # not much clarification on standard vs extended cab on Amazon. Works well with Walker muffler and tailpipe . I like the quiet part of life.

Good quality (thick pipe) but the hanger was about 8 inches away from where it is for the factory mount, I just cut the one I had on my frame and rewelded it so it lined up.
