If the existing part is cracked or damaged, and water is leaking out of the appliance onto the floor during operation, replacing this part may alleviate this issue. This easy-to-install gray replacement part measures approximately 24" W and is designed specifically to be used with stainless steel models. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools such as a multi screwdriver and electrical tape, as well as some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. Before installing this part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker to ensure safety.
