Instruction for Bluetooth Pairing
Troubleshooting for Common Errors:
1. When it says " Not Your Air Pods“ during the pairing process.
Solution - Click to connect. When it says "Hold Button", press and hold the sync button until it pops "Air Pods" or the name you set.
2. No pop up window appears on your iPhone.
Solution - Click "Ignore this device" in the Bluetooth Setting on your phone. And then you can pair again according to the instruction above
3. One side doesn't charge
Solution - Please try to clean the charging pin of the case or earbuds. If it doesn't work, we can send you a new replcement.
4. One of the earbuds has no sound.
Solution - Put both earbuds into the case, close the lid, and then open the lid again.

I purchased this charging caae because l lost the original. The AirPods working properly. The left wouldn’t work unless l put the right one in and the case periodically charges. I fought with it for a while until eventually it completely stopped charging

This case is great. My original case got broken and I purchased this case and haven’t had any problems. I didn’t think I could buy just a charging case

I am thrilled to say it works as well if not better than my original Apple charge case.A few weeks ago, walking from grocery or putting groceries away, I lost my charge case. You can’t track just the charge case if tye buds aren’t in them (first generation). So, after beating myself up for such negligence of one of my favorite/most used gadgets- I reluctantly bought this charge case. Expecting it not to work - you can imagine my delight when it works perfectly. It came recharged- so I was back in sound quickly.Only con- my phone does not show it. So, I can’t check battery life for case. Still shows battery life for my buds.Pros- no install needed. EarPods pair with bud not the case in order to work. I swear they charge faster in the new case but perhaps that’s because it’s new.I cannot speak for any other generation. I love my first gen so much that I never upgraded.

My AirPods case broke (it got caught with the lid open, and the lid ripped off), so I bought this because I didn't want to spend the money for a genuine replacement from Apple, when buying all-new AirPods would barely be more than that, and the idea of buying a used one on eBay felt a little grimy to me. Putting stuff that goes into my ears in a spot where other people put stuff that went into their ears? Ew.Should have sucked it up and tried eBay first.This worked fine for a few days, then started not charging the left AirPod. For a while, if I was careful, I could get it to work, or I'd have to press down and hold on the AirPod, or I'd have to stick a paperclip in, jiggle it around the contacts and get the metal at the bottom to make contact with the AirPod.That doesn't work anymore.Even the right AirPod now sometimes won't connect to the phone and I have to do a hard reset on the case in order to get my phone to identify it. AND I notice that the right one isn't always getting charged. It will say 98% on my phone screen, but then if I use it for a few minutes, it quickly drops to 45%, the actual battery percentage.The product is obviously poorly made and not holding up to extended use (I've had it for 2 months).Maybe you'll have more luck, but for $40, that's not a dice I'd want to roll. Head over to eBay, grab a used case for $20, see if that works, and if not, suck it up and buy new AirPods. That's my plan.

Unlike a lot of aftermarket, offbrand products to replace Apple items, this one looks feels and behaves just like the real thing. Connection to my phone was simple, it charges the AirPods just as well as the original factory case, and I haven’t gotten any kind of weird errors about it not being a genuine Apple products… I’ve been using them for about two weeks now and have zero complaints.
