It's narrow on top and wide at the bottom. Perfect for my short focal length telescope on mount and tripod. Much cheaper than the dedicated telescope covers at the same time being very light. The straps can be tied to the legs of the tripod.

Bought this to cover our new chiminea, fit perfectly. The fabric is tough and water proof, easy to install on the chiminea, easy to remove and store when we light a fire. Great value for the money.
