This is my third extension reel, and it’s as incredibly useful as the first two. Amazingly handy when working on garage and indoor projects and it’s honestly too much bother to drag out a wrapped cord for a job that’s only going to take a few minutes or a few days. You grab it, plug it in, unreel it to your work, and reel it back in when you’re done. Not indestructible, not super high amperage, but has a deep and wide Goldilocks Zone. Sure wish the dang thing had been around when I was playing in bands all the time.

On balance, this is just what I wanted it to be. An easily portable modest wattage cable that can roll up, and a good price. But the economy of this is balanced by somewhat shaky construction that's a little sticky when you're trying to rewind it.But it does the job.

I bought 2 of these and they work great. They are cheaper than name brand extension cords, but work just as good. I use one for my pond aeration that runs 24/7 and 4 months, no problems.

I got this because it was on sale for $15 bucks and figured what the hell, you never have too many extension cords. Well now it is my favorite cord to use, even if I only need one outlet. It is incredibly handy, light, and has quality plugs within the 4-plug outlet. It is very easy to pull the cord out as well as roll it up, and it has not become knotted or tangled up within the spool yet. Probably don't want to drop it too many times because the plastic that it is constructed with is a little thin. Otherwise, great unit for the price!

•Used for powering standard photo equipment•Stored in an SUV for on-location shootsI’ve already used my coil reel several times - for the price of $5 more than a cable alone it’s a decent way of deploying and storing extension cords rather than rolling up by arm.Off the bat, the storage unit is truly cheap plastic. The cable unwinds and stores fine, but I’ll share more on that shortly.Winding can be an issue; only three knobs to recoil the cable. It’s really a cumbersome style to ask people to turn without some kind of better handle.Definitely a great option should you need usage every now and then, but I’m concerned about how long that flimsy plastic will hold up under regular use.So here’s some suggestions, should you purchase:•Deploy only the cable that you need.•Try to keep your extension straight•Be certain that your cable is straight before winding back into the spool•Every now and then (if you use regularly), unspool the entire cord.•While unspooled, if you can, let the cable dangle to untwist any binding that might be stored.•Make sure the cable distributed Barack into the spool evenly as you wind.

Tiene buen material de cable y el largo es muy bueno.Lamentablemente siento que la carcasa es de un plástico súper delgado y rígido de esos que se te romperán a la primera caída, sobre todo el asa, allí no esperes mucho.La distribución de los contactos es estupenda, así como el tipo de contacto que maneja.
