At first look, it appears to be a decent skid plate, not having seen others to compare. 1st smallish impact at training schools and the frame tabs of the plate reveal themselves to be very thin and weak, and the bolts very small, resulting with the plate breaking away and no real fix possible. Comparing to other’s skid plates, it looks like sardine can construction. 😞

Item does not fit on 2021 BMW 750 GS. Also, no instructions. I found a YouTube poster that made a video showing the issues with fitment.

Quality is not good. The product is easily bendable not of a strong durable material that one would need for a skid plate. I haven't even gone off road and it already broke at the welded seam. The product also had the GS logo it wasn't as the picture described

4 stars because it's a good value, but it could of have been 5 if:1)The product looked like what was expected. Mine did not have a 'GS' cut into it. Not too critical for me, but if you want that, then beware.... The company was helpful and apologetic when it came to this though.2) Was an EXACT fit. It's damn close, but I needed some extra washer for spacers on the front. It otherwise hit my exhaust. If the bracket was bent a little differently, would be no problem. Not like name brand stuff always fits perfect either.I don't plan to really test this out in any off road manner, but for general use it works and will provide adequate protection.
