All the benefits of an Xbox 360, but in an awesome Star Wars package. The custom RD-D2 whistles instead of the standard beeps give this console some fun character. The included game is nothin special. The controller, however, is really fun. The design adds to the unique package.

Great quality, sound effects, and visual appearance. This is a must have for any true "Star Wars" geek or collector.I love the 320GB hard drive and the great user interface.2 - negativesA) system has frozen a few times and requires a hard reboot.B) kinect sensor has trouble identifying children and can't seem to tell the difference between my 9 yr old girl and my 6 yr old boy.

Love the big hard drive. This package was very competitively priced. It was delivered promptly and works as it is supposed to. No complaints.

This was my first console purchase in many years as I mostly PC game. I have played on other's Xbox consoles, but my last console was a Super Nintendo. I bought this bundle after watching the grandkids play with it in the store for approximately an hour. My only complaint is that I wish it came with two controllers (only comes with one). Other than that, i have no complaints with it.The Star Wars theme is wonderful. As others stated, the R2D2 noises only occur if you actually press the button on the console to turn on/off. The controller is wireless and other than being C3PO colored it's just like a stock wireless Xbox controller. The Kinect sensor works as described, allowing you to play games, search menus, make selections, etc. with your body movements and voice. The Console has built in WiFi and one of the largest Hard Drives available in a Xbox Bundle (320GB). It also includes a headset but I suspect it would be replaced by anyone who really needs one as it only has one ear-piece.The bundle comes with 2 games, Kinect Adventures and Kinect Star Wars. Star Wars is pretty linear and filled with a lot of cut scenes. Your movements are restricted to what the game presents to you (fight this guy, okay now fight this guy). Other non-kinect Star Wars game titles offer a lot more freedom in movement and what you can do, but my Grandkids still enjoy this game. And lastly I'd like to comment on Amazon. I ordered from a Amazon Merchant and they couldn't fulfill the order. Amazon stepped in, matched the price and gave me free 2 day shipping. I could not be more impressed with Amazon and their amazing customer service.

When this machine was first released the price point was insanely high. Thankfully, with the release of Halo 4 premium packages, the price on the SW box came down. Just in time too, my 1st gen machine completely died. This bundle comes with a beautiful gold controller and white kinect sensor. The entire package is gorgeous and the console itself makes R2D2 sounds when physically touched (thankfully, it's silent when the remote is used to power on/off or open the tray). Def. worth the price point paid - $350.

Came upon this special edition when searching for an Xbox for my daughter. Love the appeal, love the sound effects, and love the price: $349 plus the amazon visa no interest financing for six month. It was just really a good value for the bundle, and totally attractive to Star Wars fans. With the money saved here from amazon.ca (it was even cheaper than from amazon US where is rare) compared from other sites, I've been able to buy more games to play on it. Over all, the kinect controller is awesome, only that it would tire you out because you just would play some much physical activities. One minor problem is with the power block. It has so far happened twice where the LED indicator turned red, which meant I had to google on the internet and try some tricks, eventually solved by just unplugging the power cord to the block and let it rest for a period of time. After that, the light would turn amber, which is normal in standby state, and then the sbox turned on with no problem. There are some aspects regarding controls and configurations that needed to get sorted out, but it's worth it because of the FUN you would have. This is one of the best product that has ever come out from Microsoft.

I got this because I'm a huge Star Wars fan. I loved unboxing it, setting it up, and my very early experience with it. However, that was short-lived. It began freezing a few times.I checked with microsoft xbox techs, and they said that any new console that experiences this early on, are likely to develop the Red Ring of Death, and that I should return it for a new one immediately. I spent an hour on the phone with Amazon. They have 12 left in stock. I thought this wouldn't be a problem. But it was. I was told that because it was bought from a Amazon retailer that I could only get my money back from them, and I'd have to speak directly to the selling company associated with amazon if I wanted a replacement. So I call and email this person, who tells me that he didn't sell me the device, that amazon did, even though they supposedly have a one year warranty on all of their products. So I send him the invoice that clearly states, that although payment was made through Amazon, he was the distributor. He claims no responsibility, and would not return any phone calls or emails after that. Granted, Amazon has offered a refund. That's s terrific. I don't want a refund. I want a working product that cost me more than $400. So, Amazon want acknowledge my wishes, and neither will the other half of the equation. Now I have to return my piece of garbage and won't be able to simply get what I spent good money on. Neither side claims ownership. I'm a loyal shopper on Amazon. I bought ALL of my Christmas presents through them. I used to work in sales and I would be fired for jeopardizing a future relationship with that customer. I am so disappointed.

I purchased this unit for my girlfriend a few weeks ago. She was without a proper console until then. She thinks R2D2 is cute, wanted an XBox badly and hasn't really had much for birthdays. She cried when she opened it.The console itself is exactly as advertised. I don't know what some people were expecting. Why is it a big deal that you have to physically approach the system and actually press the buttons to get a fun sound or two? The blue light and the R2D2 noises are awesome and add a lighthearted aesthetic to the experience. The C3PO controller is pretty cool looking and I'd purchase it alone, even if I didn't know what it was supposed to resemble. The games were the only part I wasn't stoked about but they were far from central to the general coolness of this package. She traded 'em in @ CEX in Boston and got Mass Effect 1, Fable 2 and Assassin's Creed. That's a win.I am a fan of the Kinect, whatever the color. Some people want to hate on it and complain. It's not supposed to be the Pre-Crime Video Display from Minority Report. It's a kitschy effort to make gaming interactive and get your ass out of a chair. Vocally commanding your XBox to do stuff is awesome, especially when alcohol is involved. It bestows a fleeting yet satisfying sense of power. If you like Star Wars, you'll be pleased. If you don't, why are you even reading this? This XBox is a killer deal and sports a fun design.
