This neck pillow helps to relieve neck tension and/or pain. It is a wonderful way to stretch the neck and get relief when needed. It gives me great relief at the end of the day after my neck has had to support my head all day - especially when I was dealing with a whiplash type of injury. I often felt like I wanted someone to lift my head up to relieve the discomfort and stress that I would feel. A human head is quite heavy, especially to a neck that is not up to par. My neck is much improved now but it's still nice to have this pillow to use to just relax or to relieve any discomfort that I may occasionally feel. A great product at a reasonable price. I do highly recommend this pillow.

You probably wouldn't think something this simple could be so effective, but it is. This device holds my neck in perfect alignment. I place it on the floor and lie down in front of it (with my back on the floor so I'm lying flat, not at an inclined angle) and the weight of my head pulls my neck into alignment. When I get up I definitely feel less pain in my neck.

This thing is awesome !!!!! I sit at a desk all day for my job 40 hours a week and sometimes more if there’s overtime. When I’m not at work I am on my phone a lot either apps or reading a book etc. I started noticing that I had a lot of neck pain and stiffness and that it felt like there was a hump at the back of my neck or starting to be one and I couldn’t really crack it or stretch it any way on my own to get relief. I was looking through a lot of products on Amazon and Google, Reading reviews and I decided on this product. I’m so glad I did! I don’t use it as often as I should just because I forget. But when I do it feels really great and if I do remember to use it more than one day in a row there’s a significant difference in my vertebrae in the neck/upper shoulder area and the hump is greatly diminished. I usually lay on it about 10 minutes because I have ADHD and it’s near impossible for me to sit still for that long without being able to Do something on my phone. But literally the day that it got delivered and the day after I laid on it and immediately noticed a big difference in my pain that I have been having for months and the alignment of the vertebrae in my neck! Definitely not a waste of money it is worth every penny, so if you have any kind of neck pain this is something you definitely need if you can’t afford to go to a chiropractor, it’s gentle it’s comfortable it really stretches your spine in that area and it feels awesome afterwards and it’s great for maintaining the alignment of your spine so nothing gets any worse and definitely I would say correct issues if used long-term. I am not a medical professional this is just my personal opinion having used the product.

In 2021, I was involved in a serious car accident and after the required therapy, I was told both by my chiropractic and also confirmed by my Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician that it would be a very good idea to get this portable stretcher for added comfort and evident pain relief when so required. It took me just a few days to get used to it.However, the stretcher/ relaxer has been quite helpful to make me feel so much better as I am still recovering from my mild to a moderate neck injury and C-5, C-6, and C-7 herniated discs.In the pictures above you can see my setup that I usually carry along: a yoga mat - the ZAMAT Neck and Shoulder Relaxer with Magnetic Therapy Pillowcase - and a small yellow towel. Although the pillow comes with its own cover, I regularly cover it with that thin towel, especially when I come out from the shower and my hair is somehow wet.Another reviewer said: "It smelled like mold."That is probably because s/he was not careful enough and must've kept it away with some humidity. Obviously, not a good idea.As I frequently travel, away from home, (by the end of the day), this setup above has proven to be extremely useful and convenient.On the other hand, I am a photographer and I certainly get tired, my neck and shoulders get very tense after a long day of carrying cameras and camera bags, needless to say, but this pillow also helps me to get relaxed so easily, so I could have some good night sleep. Use it, please at any time from 20-30 minutes as a convenient way of easy relaxation to power yourself up and continue to stand up strongly and full of energy. Highly recommended!

I wish I’d read the negative reviews before purchasing the product. The design of the pillow seems to work it but has a strong moldy smell which is not ideal as you’re supposed to rest your head and neck on it. Washed the case but it’s the actual pillow itself that smells and I don’t think this will be possible to remove as it’s a thick synthetic material. I would strongly suggest buying one of the many other similar products on the market.
