Product was exactly as stated. I inserted the acrylic rod into a suction cup for retrieving golf balls from the cup without requiring a deep bend. 10 inch rod is the perfect length to travel well.

I used these for my art classroom to roll out Sculpey clay and it worked perfectly. If you buy the brand rods it's way more expensive and it's essentially the exactly some thing. Definitely useful for artists working with various projects.

My second order of these acrylic dowels. Using in a special made acrylic display shadow box to raise the Native American art piece off the ''mirrored' back. The 3'' stacked in a pyramid design allows the viewer to see both sides of the displayed ''pipe pouch'' and ''pipe''.
