It was important that the outer diameter be exactly 1.25 inches and it is.

I've made a ton of stuff using this highly versatile co-polymer. This has all the free cutting properties you expect. Hold down the tool speed a bit- with any of it. Just because you can get away with it doesnt mean its the best practice. A good sharp edge and positive rake will dispatch volumes without the RPMS. I am well pleased, will buy again!
