The quality of the drill bit is amazing. It made drilling a hole in tile easy and didn’t overheat or wear out after just one hole. Definitely recommended!

I have used three os the bits so far. If you start the hole like the instructions say it works great. Does it make a clean perfect hole. No it doesn't. But most people are using them to drill holes in tile to hang a shelf up. Which I did and it works great. I will be using them to hang a medicine cabinet next. Just take your time and use the low setting on your drill. Water does help but isn't needed if you take your time.

I bought these thinking that having a range of sizes might be useful sometime. The immediate task was to drill two 1/4" holes in a tile backsplash to mount a magnetic knife rack. I've drilled tile before in this same backsplash and for bathroom remodels with no problem using what were essentially throw-away bits bought in bulk. It turns out that these cheap bits were better at their job that those in this set and I eventually finished up the holes using the throw-aways. And, yes, I was careful with the drilling -- no excessive pressure and all that but they just gave up after a few mm. It seems that the grit (diamond?) on the leading edge was not securely brazed and fell off although I don't have a microscope to check this theory out. These bits have grit up the sides but I can't for the life of me figure out how this might help in drilling a hole.

good set, the wax is not worth having, but can be easily remove, drill wet or cool with water frequently for tool life, will drill thru a standard countertop (1-1/4"), marble took about 10 minutes.

I used the 3/16 bit. Drilled 15 holes on porcelain tiles, the bit was doing well but stopped. The diamond probably worn off. Luckily there were two bits included and the job (16 holes) was completed.Prior to this I bought one single carbide bit that drilled one hole in porcelain for twenty minutes. This kit is worth it for porcelain tiles.

Ruined a carbide tipped drill bit and made little progress in drilling four holes to mount a shower curtain rod. Then tried one of these and it made a world of difference. As others have said, these hollow-core bits will skip around on the tile if you attempt to start the hole head-on at a 90° angle. I opted to drill a guide hole in a wood block and used that to keep the bit in one spot and steady enough to start the hole in the porcelain tile. Be patient. It takes time but only slight pressure and you will be pleased with the results.

Worked very well in ceramic tile. Drilled 4 holes with one bit and the bit is still good! Tried several brand name bits from a big box store, they were only good for one hole before they were worn out. Would buy again.

Used product to put holes into glass for a craft project. Worked very well. Have made 40 plus holes and still going strong with one of the bits- but too soon to tell about durability- so far do good.

Los he probado varías veces y trabajan muy bien, no dañan para nada las superficies cerámicas y es una excelente opción en lugar de una broca de concreto.
