I was unable to download the Microsoft programs on the device. Continued to get an Oops! Something went wrong message with no suggestions for troubleshooting

absolutely loving my new Jumper laptop! I bought it specifically for studying and it's been a total lifesaver. Powerful laptop at such price range, smooth startup, necessary app is installed even just with the trial version. This laptop is a SSD version, like the speed of file reading, wifi connection is good, port has been updated to type-c, screen is big enough, the popular 15.6" screens, allow you to view contents in good size, resolution is 1080P FHD, quite standard for such laptop. Good for simple office use.
