Mowing and yard work would have been impossible during the cicada apocalypse without this. Handy for fishing, too, to keep bugs off your face. Great value, and very effective against all things buggy.

I purchased these for my Grandkids when they came to visit and they would love to see the bees without the fear of getting stung, so now they are able to get a first-hand education on beekeeping.

This hat is too shallow to stay on your head. I bought it to wear in Australia in an area where there are lots of gnats, mosquitos, etc. With just a slight breeze it was constantly blowing off my head, and I was the laughing stock of our group. It's cheap, but not worth it.

These actually work better than my spendy bee keeper hat that I quit wearing altogether because my girls were always too clever for it and got in often. I don’t actually wear any thing anymore- just not worth it… but the kids all do!The zip tie dealio at the neck is perfect. Also… for as cheap as these are- my daughter passes them around like candy for any and all, who even look in our direction, to wear to introduce to the bees… and let them know they do not sting. 😊 Hats have held up well so far- netting is adequate, hat is what it is, tie at bottom works well. Happy with the purchase and will buy more before my daughters next year classroom comes to visit. Would recommend; especially considering the price.

The beekeeping hat was lightweight, the drawstrings worked well and I could still see out of the mesh. It definitely does the job.
