NOTE: All evaluations of this controller are made with reference to the OEM Sony Dual-shock PS4 controller.Let's get started:While it's too early yet to evaluate the battery life, I am pleased to report that this controller is so close to the fit, feel and performance of the Sony dual-shock, I cannot tell the difference. If not for the missing "PS" logo on the controller's multi-function power button, I would think it was the Sony product.Everything is exactly where a veteran PS4 gamer would expect it, and all buttons/D-pad/joysticks work crisply and with no perceptible lag. Pairing with my PS4Pro was seamless and the unit feels solid in my hands. The vibration function is consistent with the original and the color-changing led panel in the front of the unit is the same as the latest gen (V2) controller.CONCLUSION: Looks the same, feels the same, works the same. I'm (so far) very happy with my purchase. I bought a pair of them as a bundle deal for substantially less than 1 Sony Dualshock. I added the 2 year protection plan with the reasoning that if they don't live up to my expectations, I can: 1) return them, but if I DO like them, then 2) I have two years to see how they hold up. Win-win!Happy gaming! (I will update as I have more info/experience with them)

Great value & seemingly great controllers but turns off after a few minutes of inactivity I guess despite going in the ps4 device settings, other then that they are great. Will play a game and write more if it does the same thing while I’m playing. (Hopefully not)

I ordered these 2 controllers for my son and I. They have rarely been used but that doesn’t really matter. They are full of malfunctions on both controllers and not worth the time or the money. They charged fine the first couple times, but from then on only one would easily charge (the camouflage one). That is the only thing that worked right on this controller. I bought them “new” but it already had that white dust build up and caused the left (main) joystick to have difficulty moving/working properly. Yes, I tried to take care of this. The “X” button was sticky as in once pushed down, it would stay down and come up slowly. This was a HUGE problem on the purple controller as well. However, once the “X” button was pushed down it wouldn’t come up and you have to use your nails or other pointed object to lift it back up. I tried everything the PlayStation website told me to do in attempt to fix these issues, as well as watch numerous YouTube videos, but nothing worked. These controllers are junk and a headache and a WASTE OF MONEY.

Pros-Its good to hold, and can be usefull for some games. The caps are nice, and they feel good to the thumbs, or whatever finger you use.The battery life is good as well, so its good to use for a long gaming session.Cons-The controllers aren't something you should buy if you're planning on having an exact feel for a PS4 controller. The joysticks don't preform as well as you'd think. The right joystick rotation feels weird, and in game it preforms like a D-Pad.Conclusion-The controllers are good and have a good look to them, but they don't preform like a PS4. If you're a occasional or casual gamer, its a good bang for your buck. But if you're looking for competitive FPS gaming, I wouldn't use these for that.
