Barely worked for a few months. The cord is stuck now and the charging wont work. You'd see the charging symbol on your phne but the actual charge is soo low the battery percentage actually drops over time.

I really didn't need this, personally, because I use the Tesla's built-in induction charger. However, my wife's phone case has a built in wallet and she prefers to charge via cable vs removing the case to use the wireless charger. So, what is the coolest thing I can do for her? Add a really nice charger with retractable cables that almost appears to be Tesla original equipment. Almost, but not quite. Let's break it down.Form Factor - This thing was a great idea. It sits unobtrusively yet readily available in the center console and is hardly noticeable to the uninformed. The sliding cover gives it an all-the-more integrated look and the robust built-in retractable cables are great for those of us with certain compulsive behaviors. The cigarette lighter style connector is robust with an ample cable for reaching the receptacle.Fit - This is where we have to subtract some points (not stars, just points). It installs easily enough, but there is no way to lock it into place, at least by design. As such, if one tries to manipulate the cover with the forward console open, the unit slides back and forth. Not a problem if the unit is held in place by hand while operating or if the console is closed.Finish - The finish is nice enough and most people would not notice the difference, or even care, but I would have preferred the texture and pattern to match that of the '25 Model 3 vs being a flat gray. The cover of the unit I received has a bit of a scruffy section along the front leading edge. Subtract points.Power - Oh, yeah. It definitely delivers the power. To really put it to the test I connected a laptop to the USB-C cable labeled 65W, along with a tester, and was very pleased with the result. The laptop natively connects to a 180W transformer. The OS recognized the difference in power and adjusted accordingly. As you can see, the tester clocked the power output at 61.6W. Nice! It was enough power to subsidize what the laptop needed, extending runtime.Summary: This is an example where I wish I could rate items in half-star increments. I would have given it a solid 4.5 stars but I just cannot give it the full-on 5-star rating given the quirks.Would I recommend this item? Yes, with caveats noted.Would I buy this as a gift for someone else? Yes.Would I change anything? Yes, the fit and finish observations. Is it worth the currently listed $40 price? Absolutely!

The 4-port retractable design fits perfectly in the center console, keeping things neat and organized. It charges my devices quickly, and the sleek design complements my car’s interior. The sliding cover is easy to use, and I haven’t had any issues with it interfering with the car’s wireless charging. For $39.99, it’s an excellent accessory,

Ok product. It works and looks good. Finish and fitment could be slightly better.

The design looks like it came with the car. Charges phones fast even the lighting connector. Feels great quality. Does take up a bit of space inside the storage space but not bad at all. A good quality weight to it. I’ve only had it for a few days so I can’t comment of durability yet but will update.

What I like about this hub is that it hides all the cables. I like that it blends in with the colors of the center council of the Tesla. This is the second one I bought since my friend also purchased his vehicle. Great product.
