Instructions
1.Put the mouth Kids Youth Mouth Guard into boiling water at 90℃ for about 50 seconds until the Kids Youth Mouth Guard becomes soft.
2.Remove the Kids Youth Mouth Guard, cool it for 5 seconds and put it in your mouth to fix it, press the center and edge of the Kids Youth Mouth Guard with your fingers, the process takes about 20 seconds until the Kids Youth Mouth Guard is formed.
3.If the Kids Youth Mouth Guard fits your mouth, tilt the Kids Youth Mouth Guard into cold water for 10 seconds. Allow the Kids Youth Mouth Guard to cool and contract so that it fits your teeth perfectly.
4.Please disinfect before and after using Kids Youth Mouth Guard. If Kids Youth Mouth Guard does not fit your mouth, you can carefully use scissors to cut off the excess part of Kids Youth Mouth Guard so that it fits you perfectly.

My kids were excited to get these in the mail. They use them for jiujitsu. These mouth guards were reasonably priced and easily to fit to their teeth.

They are huge! I had to cut them to fit my kid, which then prevented the guard from sitting right and kept scratching the gums. We could not use them.

I bought these for my son to play in a speed lacrosse tournament. The ball is softer and there is no checking so they don’t wear pads or helmets. He was hit in the mouth with a stick and there was zero damage to the braces or the inside of his mouth. The mouth guard is softer than traditional mouth guards so be careful when molding them.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are sold as "youth" but do not fit my 9 year old. If you are looking for something for a child you should probably find a different product
