How to molded the mouth guards?
Step 1
Put the mouth guards in 70-80℃ hot boiling water about 30-45 seconds
Step 2
Take the footbal mouth guards from the hot water and put it in cold water or Rinse quickly in cold water 2-3 seconds
Step 3
Put the sport mouthguard in your mouth, close your mouth then bite hard the braces with your teeth, and wait for the braces to form about 30 seconds
Step 4
Remove the football mouthguard from your mouth and place under cold water for 30 seconds for well-molded

Seems decent quality and price but I purchased the youth for ages 10-15 (my son is 13) and it is way too small. Unfortunately I have to buy another and hope for the best. I will go with an adult size next time I guess. Waste of money.

The seller was super helpful. Some said that the sizes ran a bit small, so I went for a larger size for my boy. Unfortunately, it didn't quite fit him right, and it was non-returnable. I reached out to the seller, who was really cool about it and offered to either refund my money or send me the right size. I opted for the smaller size, and it's just perfect for my kid. The mouthguard are top-notch quality, with both having removable straps that make them easy to mold after a quick dip in hot water. My son finds them comfy to wear during his games.

I ordered these football mouthpieces because they said they fit adults and youth. Well. My son is 13 years old and they would not fit his mouth but I donated to the Little League football. The service was fast and on time
