I thought maybe people were exaggerating when they said how small these roaches are. They are not exaggerating! $40 for super small roaches. Do not buy if your beardie is more than 3-4 months old! My beardie will have these gone within a week! So disappointed!

I was sent xsmall-small roaches. So I contacted the seller! Seller claims THEY HAVE MULTIPLE SIZE MEDIUMS. WOT??? Never in my years of buy roaches have I ever seen MULTIPLE sizes of medium. These are small/xsmall. Seller did nothing but repeat the same retort at me. Even in the pics it states they will be up to ¾ of an inches long. These cannot even be ¼ in long. They are minuscule. I WOULD NOT recommend this seller. $40 wasted. My beardie is old and cannot even see to chase these. Never again would I buy from this seller. Take heed.

Bought medium roaches that were smaller than expected (size of pinky nail). First batch arrived dead but the seller took care of us and resent a new package.

Not only were these shipped right away & came earlier than expected but the seller communicated so great with me on questions I had & ensuring I was a happy costumer. Some died but not enough for me to stress about. The size was smaller than expected but I reached out to the seller & they let me know which size to order next time (as well as continued to answer all my questions). Good value for money, no smell, & appearance of health looked good (I only counted 10 dead which was nothing really). I will definitely be ordering again.

Very few were dead on arrival. The size was perfect and my Bearded Dragon loves them! Great value for the price!

I have ordered from this company a few times and although I did have to contact them due to the amount of them that arrived dead (twice) and then another time which was no fault of theirs (delivery issue), I will say, their customer service is top notch! They rectified all the issues that I had and even helped with a hand written delivery instruction on my most recent order. Their customer service alone is why I will keep ordering from them.Now, as far as the roaches themselves... (this does not include the only issue I had with them that they did in fact correct) they are healthy, juicy and quality bugs! The sizes definitely vary from each delivery but I know if anything goes wrong, they are an email away!Transparency of the issues I had...First delivery was of 200 I believe... and I did not receive 200. I didn't even receive 100. When I contacted them, they sent a new (and correct) delivery but from transporting to VA in August, most arrived dead. I contacted them and they sent another order that arrived in perfect condition. They were plump and my dragon loved them!2nd issue was recent...I live in a cul de sac and at some point on my block, the mailboxes switch sides of the driveway and all of my Amazon packages get delivered to a random house. I have a bright blue front door, all of my orders have this listed, but USPS delivered that time and it never made it to my house (no pic either bc... usps). When I contacted them, there wasn't much they could do but Amazon refunded me and they were in contact through the process of reordering, adding the hand written note, and wanting a follow up once it was delivered!They seem very personable and that alone is great when you're buying from companies.I do like to purchase when they're on sale, but I'd still say with the quality of the bug, I don't mind paying the full amount.(The smell is only when they're dead... which is expected with any dead thing 🤷♀️)

These Dubias come live and secured in their container. I've experienced Dubias getting out of their containers before but not with this store.. Out of the 300 qty I bought less than a handful were dead on arrival. You definitely get your money's worth. And my Bearded Dragon jumps on them as soon as he sees them.
