I tried it once and it was painful. It is hard and I couldn’t find a comfortable location for it. I returned it and I will use a rolled up towel to stretch my neck.

The material is too firm for my delicate cervical area, giving me unbearable pain. I found out that the best solution for my pain in the neck was to sleep with a worn out pillow which allowed for a head rest close to the mattress.

Straight to the point…I LIKE THIS.I like using this.It feels good actually AND I don’t even have neck pain!I use it for my patients at my clinic who have neck pain.----------------------------------------------------Here’s why I recommend this…[Comfortable, Feels Good] - It feels good to lay on this device. I feel my neck muscles relaxing and I feel like it stimulates the right pressure points in my neck. It puts me in a relaxed state to help me sleep better. I just wish there was a pressure point ball in the middle of the device.[Easy to Use] - It works just like a pillow. Just lay your neck on it in whatever direction suits you. I like using it in the opposite direction because it helps create more of a curve in my neck. I’m surprised how easy it is to use but yet still so effective.[Does What It’s Suppose To] - It helps to create more of a curve in the neck that’s in the opposite direction of me always looking down at my phone (aka Text Neck). I feel the subtle pull which helps elongate my neck’s discs (also known as traction). I love it.[Portable, Compact] - It’s surprisingly a convenient size. I’m able to hold it in the palm of my hand and it’s not too heavy but it feels durable enough to last for awhile.[Recommended for ELDERLY] (or anyone with neck issues) - If you know anyone who’s in the older population with NECK ISSUES, I’d definitely recommend this. I see many elderly patients at my clinic and I think this device would help most of them. I do a lot of computer work and this works great to kind of decompress and relax my neck. I like that it can be flipped around for 2 different kinds of stretches. Seems pretty solid and good quality. Also, did not have a funky plastic/rubber smell.
