....... BUT REMEMBER IF IT COMES FROM CHINA IT'S GOING TO RUN SMALLER JUST BASED ON THEIR SIZE. IT'S STIFFER THAN THE FOAM CHEAPER ONES, WHICH HAVE THEIR PLACE. BUT I LIKE THE MATERIAL BECAUSE IT DOES NOT CATCH LINT AND DIRT. MY NECK IS JUST BIG ENOUGH. THE WEIGHT IS LIGHT. I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SLEEP QUALITY BECAUSE I DO NOT NEED IT FOR THAT. THE VELCRO MAKES THE EASE OF USE PRETTY COOL.

I’m glad I decided to try this neck positioner/brace. It fits neatly in the category of things I never knew I needed. I also use a mouth guard at night to position my jaw, some expected this to be overkill, but it turned out to be a nice addition.What I like about it:- it’s supportive and comfortable and somehow firm at the same time…- the brace actually stops my neck from dropping when I’m resting upright (or meditating) and when I’m sleeping—note: I’m mostly a side sleeper (it does nothing for you if you lay on your back)- the brace is portable and light weight- I like the pain black fabric (no garish colors or prints for me, thanks!)I plan to get another.

It will take consistent use over time to help me develop the right habit of strong posture all the time.I've worn it a few times and it definitely holds your head and neck firmly. The stitches are even, the seams are smooth and fabric is soft. Giving this four stars because there were no instructions to make sure I put it on correctly, itifht be instinctive for some, I definitely prefer instructions to make sure it's on the correct way.
