It is a wonderful one. I used it for my basement speakers along with Polk audio speakers. I used wood acoustic panels and this one on other walls. I think it helps to make basement soundproof

I'm using these on several doors in my house to dampen the noise. We have the classic hollow doors on our bedrooms and bathrooms, and I was hoping to eliminate noise in each room. These came with some adhesive style tape that was easy to put them up with. The foam feels very dense, and it really does knock the noise down drastically.

I used this product on the walls of my boiler room to quiet the noise down. If the sound was a 7 of 10, it’s now a 2. This product worked great.

The noise from my RV's water pump was getting annoying, especially at night when everything was quiet. I was looking for something that would help reduce the vibration and echo without making any complicated modifications. These panels were a good solution. I placed them strategically around the pump compartment and noticed a difference in the intensity of the noise. It doesn't eliminate it completely, but it makes it less intrusive. They are easy to install and lightweight, so they don't add unnecessary weight to the RV. These panels do their job of absorbing. The foam is lightweight and easy to install, although it is advisable to let them air out before use so they can regain their shape. I recommend it.

It's a small room for what I wanted to use them for, and I do have a small house. It muffles the sound listening from outside but from inside the room, you can hear talking and other sounds. I wish they would've been more effective.

Some of the squares are not 100% square so if you line them up they look like they were cut with scissors. Most are fine, but there are a few outliers.The squares don't stick well. I've had half fall off the wall. The sticky are still on the wall but they separate from the foam squares. Not sure how to keep them from all falling off.

These worked really well in my small office. No more echos. One thing to note: there are no extra sticky pads. If you follow the instructions and use 5 per square, there are no spares. The upside is that they are pretty good stickys - so I started cutting them in half for the one in the middle, then I had several squares of foam that I cut in half also for various spots, and it worked out great.

I see people complaining in some if the reviews but I've had no problems, there isn't a strong smell on the adhesive and you get more than enough, they stick to the wall fine and the quantity of sound panels you get for the price is great.
