Perfect for both 5 gallon water jugs and a 55 gallon. It does take some energy to use but it is definitely doable.

This drum pump makes a huge difference for my daily task. Brought this drum pump for my rain barrels. Before, I had to scoop the water out of the rain barrels. Now, I can just rotate the handle and pump the water out of the barrel into the bucket. No need to bend up and down and scoop. The pump comes in multiple pieces, can be installed without tools. The filter on the bottom of the pump is a plus, it can block large particles. Must have if you have rain barrels.

This pump works great for transferring motor oil from drums to containers. Very sturdy and easy to use.
