Excellent product. Sticks well, holds my heavy blackout curtains, easy to happy. I have already bought more and have switched all my curtain rods to these holders.UPDATE:Every one has now fallen down, been replaced and fallen down again. Great for a couple of months, then into the trash they went.

This product performed as expected. I have textured walls. I lightly cleaned the area to remove any dust particles; waited a few seconds then applied the hooks. I waited another few seconds then hung the rods and curtains. I had absolutely no problems with the hooks staying on the wall. Several days later I forgot that they were adhesive hooks and pulled the curtains shut as if I had screwed in rods. Once again not issues. I bought a set of 6. I decided to try using the adhesive hook outdoor on my stucco wall. Once again no problems. Those hooks aren't going any where. They are there to stay. I would suggest using 3 hooks for large windows. I'm a little concerned about when it's time to remove the hooks because they stick so well. My plan is to use an adhesive remover and to take my time, this will minimize damage as I've read in other reviews. If these hooks can hold up on stucco walls, they will hold up on anything.Excellent product. Lives up to its claim.

I used these with the screws. They definitely serve their purpose. I will say the adhesive literally tore the drywall when I tried to move them up. That’s why I used the screws. So don’t use them if you rent and are thinking you can take them down with no damage .

I attempted to use the hooks and followed the instructions on the box. Well the first night i put them up, looked good. You can see in the photo that they blend in and look like a regular curtain rod set. However, at 1AM they decided they didn't like the wall and crashed down. Ripping a part of the paint off.I thought it could have been a bad set and stupidly tried another set (it is a pack of 6 after all) but attempted to add the screws. That's when i learned that there are no holes on the piece. The circles you see on the plastic piece in the photo have the 3M sticker back on them and as such you can't get the screw through. I thought, fine. I'll just do one curtain. Even though the item description says it can hold 26LBs, maybe one will work. Well, at 3am this time it once again decided to come down. This time, ripping a huge chunk of the paint off - see photo. Not to mention (although didn't apply to me after the second time) there's no way to remove them. they have no pull tab like command hooks do on the back to safely remove it from the walls. There is also nothing in the packaging on removing them without damage. Nothing in the add on this listing either. I did the "post question" with no answer from the company either. So how you get them down will require extra work on your part and/or damage to the walls. Please know, I gave this a good effort. I used two sets, tried the anchoring items included, and put up with two early morning wake-ups. These are NOT worth it. Even if they were free.

I thought I had bought the same ones I bought the first time-I was wrong. There’s no comparison. These fell down immediately!

6 items came in the box. 3/6 fell off the wall before we could put anything in them. 1/6 took off a lot of paint and 1 other took off more paint so neither could be used again. Defective adhesive.

Needed to move them slightly when putting up and they took off a significant amount of paint/ wall in a rental space. Ruined the wall! Do not recommend for use on walls.
