Just put this into my rack, supported by all 4 bolts. I've got a heavy UPS (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VY6FXMM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) on it on it's side and I see no sag at all (side to side or front to back). Bolts line up just fine on this rack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YYMSFP1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Gotta make sure you actually put it a proper U position on the rack. You can't straddle U's as the bolt holes aren't uniform.

This is a sturdy rack shelf. As others have noted, the rack has a rounded off lip on the bottom. Looking at other racks on Amazon, they all seem to do this. This does interfere with what’s below it. However, there is an easy fix for this. Just put an extra plastic washer behind the rack face on the shelf and that puts it forward enough that the lip won’t hit the equipment below.

What can I say? It's a shelf, it works just like a shelf. Packaging was sufficient, install was easy, seems fairly sturdy, although I'm not putting much weight on it.

Overall this shelf is really good. Good build quality. Sturdy. And great value for the price. My only complaint is that this shelf has a bottom lip below the shelf that extends below the 1U size and can interfere with components below it. For example, trying to install a blank panel below this shelf is only possible if you install the blank panel before installing this shelf. Otherwise it's basically impossible to tuck the blank panel underneath that lip that extends below this shelf.Overall, great value for the money, and gets the job done. Just be careful about using it above another component with that bottom lip.

This is the second one of these I've purchased. They are very well made and will stand up to any load short of something stupidly heavy like a car battery. I've purchased probably a dozen different rackmount shelves over the years. A few are lousy and I wouldn't buy again. Most are "good enough." A few are "fantastic" and this one is definitely in that category. The shelf looks and feels to be 1/8" steel (or close to that thick). It's heavy and does not flex. At least on the one I received, the paint job or powdercoating is thick and smooth and should last. Icing on the cake are all the slots, which while their primary purpose is ventilation, they are great for running zip ties through to secure all those little boxes that aren't "rackmountable" and why you probably bought this shelf to begin with. Comes with 10-32 screws to mount the shelf and cage nuts in case your rack uses the push-in style cage nuts vs. having threaded rails. Could not make this shelf better if I could wish it into existence. Highly recommended.

I decided to buy two of these AC Infinity rack shelfs which i found to be a real quality product. The Shelves are heavy and solid and very strong, so strong, you can't even twist the shelf it's that solid. You even receive a pack of pack screws which is a nice bonus.I don't think I'll ever buy any other Rack Shelfs again, other than AC infinity.Very happy and I'd totally recommend AC Infinity shelving for any Network Data Cabinet build. Thanks

This is a *very* sturdy shelf, especially for this price. I have been in IT (networking/hardware/virtual infra etc.) for ~15 yrs now and this is a great deal. These are in fact better than most similar examples I encounter in data centers and I’m certain these are 1/2 the cost... I bought 2 to add to my home office telco rack and will buy another couple given the quality/price point. This can easily accommodate a small server/tower or network gear you (if don’t have brackets for said gear). A nice bonus here is it includes telco rack screws (works on threaded telco racks and also standard square hole racks using included captive nuts). Definitely recommend - will definitely hold rated weight (probably more without issue).

There are a couple things I'd highlight about this shelf. The biggest characteristic I want to highlight is that it has been carefully made to eliminate sharp edges and corners. It feels smooth and has a surprisingly nice finish to it. With a lot of rack gear you run the constant risk of cutting yourself, but this shelf is actually very nice. The material is heavy enough to support reasonable loads on a standard cabinet and because it is a cantilever half depth shelf, it only affixes to a single rack rail. The shelf also includes ample opportunity on the sides to affix cables with tie straps. I do not think the venting in the shelf itself would work well for tie straps, but there are nice long slots on the side that lend themselves well to aiding in cable management and for passing cables from the shelf in an organized fashion. The product is nicely packaged and includes rack screws and nuts, which work perfectly with square hole racks.I will be ordering an additional shelf for my humble home rack and comfortably recommend these to anyone.

Bought this to hold my Synology DS1812 NAS, full of 8 drives. Definitely less than the weight limit for this shelf, but the shelf still seems to lean downwards at the back where there's less bracing. Makes mounting an item below the shelf almost impossible (without the shelf leaning on the item, making the shelf pointless). Would not recommend for anything heavier than a few small devices (mac minis, routers, raspberry pis etc.).

Nice fit for a standard 1U 19-inch rack and with the sides being folded upwards it makes for containing smaller items where as open sides would allow things to fall off. The depth like other racks, 10.5 inches, is sufficient to hold a three fiber modems and 12 small CISCO routers (stacked). Because its only 10.5 inches deep it makes working the cables at the back end easy. The vented nature here allows for enough air to pass though and keep those routers cool.I appreciate that cage nuts and rack screws were included as around here I never have enough for some reason. Also construction wise there are no sharp edges, like some cheap off shore versions, that have a tendency to cut fingers and snag cables as things are set up.Overall a good quality shelf for a decent price.
