I bought this product for my new DELLA 18,000 btu Mini Split, and it is a good fit. It is designed and built well. I live in a beach community, so corrosion is a major issue. In a perfect world, this unit would be available in a "beachside" version, with all metal parts made of stainless steel. But, I realize that is an unrealistic expectation, so I did my best to retard corrosion, as follows: 1. Painted the frame before assembly with 4 coats of various primers and finish coats. This took about 3 hours. 2. Bought and assembled the stand with 1/4" all stainless steel fasteners (with the exception of the metric nuts and studs that are imbedded in the rubber cushions).Material for the above upgrades was about $110, and at a modest rate of $35/hr the 3 hours labor adds about $105, for a total upgrade cost of $215. In hindsight, if this stand had been available in all 303 or 304 stainless steel, It would have been well worth paying $350 or even $400 for it. The seller may wish to look into offering this variation, to expand into the beachside markets!Assembly was straightforward with accurate and understandable instructions.

I use this to hold my mini split. The material is tough and it will fit several sizes of mini splits. It has rubber feet that seem to hold everything in place and I haven’t had to screw it to the concrete, which I like. The coding is heavy, so it should not rust and the material is heavy enough to hold my mini split for years to come. I am happy with this product and you will be too.

The mini-split base is truly heavy duty as advertised. The white powder coating is a plus as it will make the base withstand the weather for years. I am very impressed with the quality of the base overall. Unfortunately the base rubber mounds needed to be tapered on the upper edges to fit under the legs of my mini-split unit. One of the mounts broke while I was trimming it. I contacted the seller about obtaining a replacement mount. To my surprise, within minutes, the seller responded saying that they would send a replacement at no charge. There were no questions or hassle on the sellers part. I am truly amazed with the excellent customer service by the seller. I received the replacement part within three days as promised. I highly recommend the seller and would be glad to do business with them again.

I bought the used version of this for a few bucks cheaper. About 15 parts are missing. Someones trash is in the box. Stripped threads. Unusable. The item itself is ok, if the version I got was not broken, but it wont last. Buy something else, and certainly do not buy used.Edit: So now I have purchased the missing bolts and my total cost for this thing is now more than a used version. Im in the freezing cold assembling this and come to find out my 18,000 btu Mr cool does not fit. I demand a replacement! Im so angry.

This took probably 30-60 minutes to assemble. Had an exact amount of hardware(nuts, bolts, washers). A few of the bolts or nuts were not properly threaded, so I could not use them. This wouldn't have been a problem if a few extra were included, but they were not. I am concerned about longevity here due to so many possible points of failure. Also, I mounted a Senville 18k condenser. It did not properly fit on the mounting track, so I had to rig it a little bit by only using one of the two bolts to secure the rubber feet included with this kit.It is doing what I need it to do though, so I am satisfied enough.
