The suit is well made and a bargain for under $30. Sizing is very generous and I needn't have sized up to accommodate clothing under the suit. I machine-washed it on a delicate cycle with no issue.

Bee suit fits well, snug in all the right places. It can be come a bit warm, so make sure to stay hydrated.I like the cuffs, to help ensure minimal stings. The gloves are great, I can actually bend & use my fingers while wearing them. The gloves go almost to the elbow.

My mom has bee-hives and I have been wanting to help her with them and learn the art of bee-keeping. I ordered this suit to try out. I haven't had a chance yet to wear it with the bees (it's off-season) but my mom and I tried it on and it feels great. She said it is lighter-weight than her other suit, which she says is a plus. She had a problem with overheating last summer and had to take several breaks. She feels like this one breathes better, without compromising the integrity of the suit. The seams are all well-sewn and the material is a great quality. The gloves that come with it are okay. I ordered some others that have a better fit that I will probably wear instead, but these are of good quality. The size is as expected. I am 5'8" and my mom is 5"10 and this fits us both just fine.

If honey is your hobby, you are aware of these suits. Its fits well and easy to work while wearing these. It fits well and size is as advertised. Gloves of high quality and I was able to work in the honey box with these gloves without a problem.

I ordered the XXL bee suit with the gloves and for the price it's a good suit. The gloves fit perfect which is nice but also not accurately sized as I typically wear xl in those gloves so that means their sizing runs small. The veil was nicely secured to the suit and the zippers are all good quality and seal the suit up perfectly. Even the suit size was good and I had enough width to be able to wear clothes under it. My issue is the height, they say the recommended height for the XXL is 71 to 75 inches which means it's made for a 6 to 6.3 ft individual. I'm 71 inches tall and I couldn't fully get this over my shoulders as it was splitting me up the middle which means any kind of movement or bending especially is out of the question. So if your around 5'8 or shorter this would be a great option, but any taller and you need to look elsewhere for suits designed for tall people.

I am not a bee keeper and as far as I know there are no swarms of killer bees around, so not tested against bees. But my granddaughter had a house cleaning to do and she said it was loaded with fleas. I had to do something to help her protect herself. I loaned her this bee suit. I have not gotten it back yet but she says it is working. The fleas are easy to see against the suit background. She says she has to have it a bit longer because she will need to do 3 treatments 2 weeks apart each. Her boyfriend says he lightly sprays the lower part of the suit before she enters with flea killer and then again when she comes out. She has apologized to me because she says it is getting dirty but that is because of the condition of the house. I guess when I get it back I will see about washing it by hand in the tub and air drying it.
