These 60 grit abrasive discs come in: 4.5” diameter x .045” thick x 7/8” metal center; 5” diameter x .045” thick x 7/8” metal center; 6” diameter x .045” thick x 7/8” metal center. Max RPM: 13,300 for 4.5" - 12,200 for 5" - 10,200 for 6" discs.

If you’re still using a hack saw, this is the tool to save your arm. These very thin cutting discs will go thru almost anything metal easily & quickly.

I decided to try out these cutting discs as I needed to cut a whole bunch of stainless tubing. Price was right, the discs cut well and last a while. I have had no explosive failures or cracks, and when they wear down, they do so without getting a jagged edge. Not a bad deal at all.

I'm working on rebuilding my trailer after my son rolled it. We are cutting welds and 1/4" thick 5" channel iron. These cutoff wheels are lasting longer than the $4 wheels from the welding shop and they make straight thin cuts. My buddy who is a retired machinist and shop teacher was very impressed and requested the link to buy some for his metal shop. Great quality and super price.

Cutting through a shipping container, top and bottom welded joints. Using 6" dewalt grinder 9000 rpm. These discs work, but have to change blades often. You cannot push too hard or go too fast or they will tear up even faster.

Works as well as other mid-priced type 27 cutoff disks. Seems average durability, have used it to cut mild steel and cut through old welds. Medium thin. Cuts aluminum OK. Good value compared to name brand wheels. Better performance and durability than cheap Harb*r Frei**t cutoff wheels
