The vapors permeate the air and porous materials, making it ideal for spaces with high humidity or limited airflow. To use BioZap, open a jar and place it in the affected room. The essential oil vapors will gently release, eliminating odors and leaving the air smelling cleaner. BioZap is particularly effective in areas prone to high humidity, such as basements, crawlspaces, bathrooms, and boats. It is also useful in gyms, lockers, cars, RVs, trailers, hotel rooms, motels, schools, and living spaces during muggy weather. Additionally, it can be placed in heating, ventilation, and A/C systems. For deodorizing smelly furniture, clothing, and books, BioZap can help salvage items that would normally need to be discarded. Place the affected items in a small, dry room like a closet or tent, spread them out or hang them up, and use several jars of BioZap along with a fan to blow the vapors over the items. One 16-oz jar of BioZap covers approximately 800 square feet for light odors. For stronger odors, use two or more jars in the affected room. The product has a shelf life of one year if unopened. Store it in a cool place out of direct sunlight. If the gel liquefies during warm or prolonged storage, it does not affect its effectiveness. Cooling the jar in a refrigerator can partially restore the gel if needed.

It seems to work well but time will tell. The controls seem to be a bit finicky but that maybe because it is new to me.

Unfortunately, using 2 of these in the kitchen/living room of a 600 sq ft (total) apartment didn’t get rid of the odor. No clue what the odor is & they probably helped reduce the smell a little but overall it still smelled.

Best and least scented deodorizer I have ever use. I use it in the basement to get rid of funky smells where we had a leak. My go-to product now.

I used the product in my car in the garage with all the windows open to get rid of a musty smell. Problem being that the car now smells like bio zap and I don't know what is worse. My predicament on rating it is that it did get rid of the smell so you will have to be the judge.

Very good product. So far so good!At first the smell is a bit strong; but it fades and a big noticeable difference in a day or two. I just think that it is expensive, but it works!

Truly amazing product. With every penny. Bought a house where the basement has been closed up for years. In one week smell was gone. Works so well it neutralized the scent on the holiday scented pine cones I purchased during Christmas.

When I had an oil spill in my basement my house smelled for weeks! The restoration company tried everything, including an ozone machine, yet the smell lingered. I scoured the Internet trying every clean up method I could find. When I found this I was doubtful, but within days the smells was gone! Any tough odors are sure to disapate with biozap! It's great because it isn't covering the smell, it's actually absorbing the cause of the odor.
