This Lil machine is silent. Its difficult to tell if it's working or not. My oldest son is a germaphobe and in high-school and so we got this curious if it'd help. This really should be called a air deionizer because that's what it does. It has a small peak on the top that produces a small electrical current. Kind of similar to checking a battery to see if it's good. It can give you a Lil zap. I think the technology is cool, it's sleek and silent so it won't be disruptive. There's an adjustable toggle to wear it around the neck. I don't kn9w if it works for certain, but my son gets sick a lot so I'm going to monitor. First impressions are good.

I usually sneeze a few times when I am at work due to something in the air. I used the personal air purifier for couple of days so far and have not sneezed. I will come back and do more review after using it for longer. It does feel a bit weird to hang it on your neck. I just leave it infront of me by the PC.

Then my husband was enjoying a cigar, I tried it again, I could barely smell the scent of the cigar. I will keep trying it when I am around others, especially since I am taking immunosuppresants. It does have a very mild scent, but it is not awful.
