The back side is designed for wall or bulkhead mounting with two 1" metal dee-rings along the back top edge of the bag. 100% waterproof breathable fabric this bag will allow air to pass through freely. The bag dimensions are 10" wide, 17" tall, 3" depth. This mesh bag has one Turn Button fastener for closure at the top center. Rope not included. I bought four. Two for my dock lines on the front of the boat. They hang on the rail and always ready. I don’t have to worry about my lines falling under the boat and getting tangled in the prop. I used one for my spare anchor rope and chain. 100’ of rope and 6 foot of 3/8 chain fit easily in the bag and everything ticks away neat in the storage area without the rope getting tangled on everything. The last one I used to store all my flags in. Bags are mesh, tough, well made and the loops are perfect for hanging.
