These mouthguards are great.Bought several over the past 2 years.Forming is an art, but the guards do stay in the mouth better than any other OTC options I’ve tried.My 9 and 11 year olds are using it. For rugby. I have one as well.We found the adult size works well.We just reformed one that has been run over by a car. (Fell out of pocket and we did not realize it till a car already drove over it.)Strong positive recommendation.

I play rugby and really like using this mouth guard. With the molar plate I feel secure while wearing the mouth guard compared to other slim fit brands. It was really easy to mold. The videos were helpful and you could follow along in real time. The re-mold process was quick and didn’t require dumping the whole piece again. In games I feel really secure going into hard hits. I really enjoy the webbing at the back, I feel like I can take the hits and don’t run the risk of slippage or other injuries.

Dentist recommended a mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night during sleep. The fitting process is a bit tedious to mold correctly, but their instructions are very detailed and thorough, so it's doable when you have some time. Just wish they included them printed with the product. You have to use a QR code, which is why I didn't use the product for months after buying it because I hate using technology for stuff like this. But there are helpful videos on the website along with written instructions. It's fairly comfortable in my mouth, and I have big teeth. An added benefit of using this mouth guard that I wasn't expecting is that the small gap between my front teeth is closing up from wearing this. For the price, this is an excellent product that I would recommend and buy again.

A mouthguard where you can speak and breath comfortably. I am able to speak to my team mates, run well because I am able to breath well. I highly recommend this and is thin and light and still protects your teeth which was the main goal.By the way, they have a great support anything about the mouthguard.

I have been using this (white) mouth guard since January 2024 (it is now August 2024) so a solid 6-7 months and the only wear I have noticed is mostly in the concussion rail, and that is partially due to the fact that I tend to grind and bite a lot when concentrating. The size and fit overall is perfect for me. Overall performance is spot on and perfect for Jiu Jitsu!It is a bit of a learning curve for fitting but it is remold so I never felt like it was unreasonable to manage.For ease of cleaning, it is a mouthguard so it is going to be difficult to clean but I have found that soaking it for a bit in hydrogen peroxide and brushing it with my toothbrush helps it stay clean. I did choose to get a darker color (when purchasing my second) for this reason as it does tend to yellow a bit and I am hoping that the darker color helps that.Value for money is extremely important to me and the fact that I can justify having two is pretty big. As I said the only wear on the original is extremely minimal, I wanted two though as sometimes I loose things… and I wanted a back up.🤷🏻♀️One thing I would like to see change is if the company would include a carrying case with it.Overall such a great product and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a mouthguard for jiu jitsu training!💪

Before you begin, watch the video on their website at least twice.I used a digital food probe to make sure the water was exactly 160F and followed instructions. The first try was a fail as I did not align the mouthguard correctly and it was way too tight. It's easy to refit however, just drop the guard back into the hot water and it will reset to its original flat shape.I would recommend to avoid "sucking" your teeth too much or it will probably end up being too tight (read this in another review). It shaped perfectly on the second try and it's easy to take in & out now!It feels great and you can easily breathe, talk, and drink with it in place! It's a perfect mouthguard as long as you follow instructions which might mean having to refit it a couple times.There is no easy way to obtain a custom fit mouthguard unless you want to spend hundreds+ at the dentist. Some patience and concentration will ensure you have a great fit. Good luck!

The mouth guard quality was good, but it was a lot harder to mold than expected. It took my son and I about 10 tries to get the molding correct. They do, however, fit nice and snug to help them stay mouth, and have worked great with his braces.

I've had this mouth guard for a little over a year. it has saved me from many a broken teeth while training in BrazilIlan Jiu jitsu. it was easy to get fitted and comfortable to wear. I strongly recommend!
