I had other tape over a leak and it kept falling off this tape is much stronger and has stayed in place.

I use this to seal out water under the roof of my carport. When it rained the white stickie part turned to white liquid and ran down on my car. It wasn't easy to clean it off I had to scrub a lot to get the white stuff off my car. Will never buy again or recommend this to anyone.
