Maybe I got a bad one... plugs would not stay clipped in to the back of the head unit and it did not stay in the dash securely and would fall out of the dash if I accelerated too fast and the back plugs would pull out. I did return the item without issue, the manufacture support did reach out to me to ask a few questions.

I put this in my old van and it honestly feels like a new ride now. The screen is huge and makes maps and music so much easier to see. Bluetooth and CarPlay both work great, and the backup camera helps a ton when parking.Installing it took a bit of patience, especially with the camera, but once it was done, everything worked fine. I had no trouble pairing my phone or using GPS. If you’re okay fiddling a bit at setup, it’s totally worth it.

In my opinion, for the price and end result this offering can't be beat. Unit looks OEM when installed and works very well once you get familiar with the controls. There was minimal written instructions for installation and operation but Fbinse email support is very responsive and relatively quick. Also GOOGLE is a wonderful tool. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

This works great with a Town & Country 2015. It does hands free calling with Android and supports voice commands. That makes driving a lot safer. My state requires hands free driving now. If you have an iPhone it will connect to that too. It can do split screen so you can navigate and have music up at the same time. It doesn't have lag. The screen is very responsive.

Nice screen, responsive design, stable wireless:This product has a decently large screen with good brightness and a clear resolution. The touchscreen has been accurate and responsive and the touch-sensitive navigation "buttons" at the side of the unit work pretty well, making it simple to navigate. The product's wireless connection with my phone has remained stable once connected and doesn't drop during normal use. The audio quality has been clear and there are no distortion or volume issues I could notice. The android auto feature also works as intended and provides a very familiar, intuitive user experience while driving.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

Original radio in our town and country stopped working so I ordered this radio and it’s absolutely amazing. It wasn’t entirely straightforward to connect but once we got it, the radio works amazingly. It fits the console perfectly, it’s easy to use with cellphones. The sound is great. I contacted the company to ask for some help and the response was quick and polite.
