I bought this to quickly mickey mouse an adapter for a Dillon case feeder attachment and flexible tube that came with a roll sizer to quickly adapt it to a Hornady case feeder to feed .223 from the case feeder to the roll sizer. The ID was too narrow to fit the .223. So I ran a 3/8" spade drill in the small piece I had cut to drill out the ID just a hair and it works good enough for my purposes. Of note, the 3/8" spade drill was very tight and it seems like the ID might be a bit undersized. I bought it from the warehouse and it arrived rattling around in a long box. No big deal for me but might be for someone else.

I used this tubing to protect the chain of our wall clock from our cats. I hung the tube on the wall with 2 mirror holders and now our cats can’t bite and pull at the chain anymore. The tubing it sturdy and pretty thick so I’m sure it comes in handy for many different uses. I wanted something clear so I could still see the chain and am glad I found this product.

I bought it for my sound triangulation project before Covid-19 hit, so it may take a while longer before I complete this project, but I didn't want the vendor to suffer from my procrastination. It's a solid tube! I want to cut it into the pieces I need to support four microphones and get on with that project.

I've seen complaints about how nasty it is to remove the label. As is typical with these kinds of products, they use labels which stick more than they should. I removed it easily with WD-40. The WD-40 doesn't impact the plastic at all. Use your fingernail or credit card (old hotel room key card) to scrape off the WD-40 soaked label, and then clean off the adhesive residue with more WD-40 and paper towel. This trick works for labels on nearly anything.I ordered the 5/8" tube and it actually measured 0.628 OD and 0.502 ID. This was close enough for brass compression fittings, though one fitting style I have required me to sand the end lightly with 320 sandpaper to get it to fit. That trashed the clarity, of course, but I was careful so this area was inside the fitting. The tube in general was not scratched up at all as others have noted.

The product was exactly as described. The labels on it were easy to remove, and did not scratch or cloud the tubing! I would definitely order again! lol

I got exactly what I ordered. The tube was within the stated dimensional tolerances. There seems to be a lot of confusion in the other reviews, and mostly from people who don't understand polycarbonate. Many chemicals will cause polycarbonate to crack/craze/fog so this is not good material for applications where it is in contact with chemicals. It is also not going to be great in prolonged light, as UV deteriorates all but specially treated polycarbonate. The tube is rigid, and you won't be able to bend it into a new shape, but it is flexible enough that it can bend a little without breaking. Polycarbonate is tough and much less brittle than acrylic. Acrylic is superior to polycarbonate for chemical resistance and clarity, and would be a better choice for many of those who left negative reviews.

A person who does not know how to remove an adhesive label without damaging the material beneath it is probably not ready to take on projects that call for components as exotic as three feet of nearly indestructible, clear polycarbonate tubing. My order arrived quickly. It was loosely packaged, but undamaged. The notorious labelling was easily removed with water and rubbing alcohol. The tube is very clear with no defects. The size I purchased is the 3 inch outside diameter with 1/8 inch wall thickness. It will work well for the fabrication of industrial light sconces.

It was a clear polycarbonate tube. What else is there to say.

This is the second piece I have purchased. I purchased a 2' 1" inner diameter, 1 1/4: outer diameter tube. In my other review I stated that a few people complained that the tube came scratched. Both tubes came in perfect condition. They are very sturdy. I also found that they can be cut easily and drilled into without cracking or damaging them in any way. I complained a little about the bar code sticker that is on the one end (it is not easily removed). At first I was afraid to remove it for fear that I would scratch the tube or that it would not come off completely. I later used some Goo Gone on both tubes and the sticker came off without any damage to the tube. I still wish they would use a sticker with a less aggressive adhesive.

Fine tube - except that it had two description and part number labels attached near one end that were NOT removable without some effort, and which left fine scratches on the surface.Fortunately, I only needed 18 inches of the 24 inches I bought, and the nasty labels were both in the last 6 inches, so I cut that part off and discarded it.As someone else noted in their review, DO NOT order if you need a piece that is very clear and not scratched.
