I bought it with low expectations, thinking it's gonna be slow/old/potentially slightly malfunctioning as it only costed 80$. I was wrong. The box it came in was nice and secure, the laptop itself was all wrapped up and very new and clean, there was not a single mark around the case or on the screen. Touchscreen works perfectly. Battery lasted for 5 hours. I now use it as a main laptop for work/school/some gaming. A perfect little laptop!! I'm so happy with my purchase.

I have zero complaints. For the price point it's probably the most feature packed item you could hope for.

Got more than I thought I was going to get. Expected a "used" laptop. I looked new, not a blemish one on it. Works perfectly. Got it on time, and in a I think a over protected packaging. Highly recommend this company

I wanted a small windows laptop to replace my chromebook which was no longer being updated. I use it for watching streaming shows, surfing the web and home spreadsheets. I love the sharp picture and touchscreen. It's small enough to not be a bother when I watch TV in bed. It's not the slimmest, but I like that. It seems more durable. I think it has pretty good battery life. It will last at least 5-6 hours of continuous streaming. It's really a fantastic little machine and was such a good price. I highly recommend it.

I'm not that happy with this computer. You can definitely tell it is refurbished. The coating on the top and bottom of the computer was already starting to peel right out of the box. The computer sounds like there is something loose inside of it when you turn it over to use the tablet mode and the sub ports are loose.

Wanted to give this cheap laptop a try for some minor work. But oh boy, what a piece of junk.It is absolutely filthy! There is chocolate (I really hope it's chocolate) and M&M shells in the keys. The trackpad and hinges are full of gooch.The USB and HDMI are corroded and full of dust and junk. Multiple scrapes and scratches on casing.Paid for the 256GB hard drive but received a 128 GB size.Been plugged in for 4 hours and battery won't charge beyond 4%.Will be returning. DO NOT BUY.

Dell Latitude- Touchpad did not work. Seller was very helpful in trying to fix it, but to no avail. He even gave me a return label. As it turns out I really loved everything else about this 2-in-1. The sound/audio is great, it makes a great Tablet. So, I bought a cheap Logitech keyboard with Touchpad, and I couldn't be happier! Works great, and keyboard with Tablet mode is perfect for me.

So upon recieving the laptop the serial number sticker and dell sticker on underside of laptop either had been removed, worn out or had been tampered with. next the keys while pressing seem to have some minor allignemnt issue but does not impede the action of the keys functionality. third, the licensing to laptop when checking against the dells website had expired and will need to be renewed. also there was no manual or paperwork in the refurbished laptop box sent from the seller except some business style cards with how to setup or do a return and such and a certified refurbished business card from amazon which i believe is a stock stack that seller recieves from amazon. now there is no documentation on registering this product with dell and i think customer is to assume how to do so since there are no pamphlets or user manuals in the box. Seller is responsive enough and is located in florida on the east coast in direction of miami. so i do wish it came with the proper documentation and manuals but doesnt as well as the registration card information and some more paperwork on the laptop since i do like to make sure my electronics are properly documented and registered. Seller informed me how to find the service tags and such with the proper steps since the barcodes and proper identification on underside of laptop are worn out and/missing. But i do recommend this product from seller but id make sure when buying this refurbished product that you get in contact with the seller and make sure before hand that your able to get all the proper information, documentation with your product you can and provide your order number to them so they can provide it befor they mail it out to you. Lastly, if your needing to have it mailed back for any reason id heavily suggest take proper photos and a written report of whats wrong with product for your own records and let seller know whats wrong with it and upon recieving replacement then make sure they were fixed and nothing else is wrong. and also the closest usb port if bumped just ever so slightly disconnects the usb thats plugged in so id recommend getting a multiport usb port that plugs into the laptop so if one of the two is messed up then your not loosing the messed up port in theory. Id highly recommend the seller because they will do their best to work with you and do not go through amazon to get issues resolved because i had been falsly told that id be able to have a replacement sent to me free of charge and i would not need to send the product i had back in order to get the replacement but truth be told to me is i would not be able to do so even with sending screenshots and the proper documentation stating i was told id be able to have this arrangement of keeping the laptop due to the issues ive provided them and to get the replacement free of charge no questions asked. its not the sellers fault entirely but rather amazons fault. so i recommend this seller and product and if you have issues go through the seller only to get the issues your having properly fixed and resolved only. The seller does the best he can and is fantastic. Highly recommend this product for any and all light work. Only real recommendation is get yourself an external hard drive of atleast 1TB or 2TB from WD here on amazon.
