I’ve purchased a few of these and all have worked out great , I’ve had two issues and both times they have made things right - customer service is spot on which is why I keep and will keep buying Della mini splits .

I purchased this unit for my RV. The first one I purchased never worked right. Then not at all. I had a certified HVAC guy come out. The board and compressor went bad. This company is absolutely phenomenal and their customer service is above and beyond. They sent me a whole brand new unit excluding the blower because there was nothing wrong with it. This new unit works absolutely perfect and I do not have any issues with it at all. I think the first one was just a lemon. But they made this whole situation awesome. I received the new unit within the first 5 days of calling them. Super nice people. I’d definitely buy from them again. The one thing I would definitely do with your mini split is put a good surge protector on it.

I had a swamp cooler and a little heater in my garage, but I cooked and froze for years now I’m cool in the summer and warm in the winter. What more can I say? If I had it to do over again, I would make a larger hole. I would rather patch a hole and make it easier on myself during the installation. Lifting the inside part onto the wall is high and heavy. Be sure you have plenty of help. Most of it is a one person job but two people lifting that onto the wall sure helps. Read the instructions carefully and take your time. The tubing is soft copper and if you bend it much, it will kink and have to be replaced. I have gone through one summer and half a winter. I hope the second summer works as well as the first one. Make sure that all your connections are very tight so that you don’t have any coolant leakage. Watch a few videos it will help.

I had an electrician install the unit. He had to return because once I turned off the unit, the heat wouldn’t work. He returned, said it leaked the refrigerant, it worked again until I turned it off. Now he’s back again and can’t figure out why it isn’t working after 3 hours of troubleshooting. Not to mention that the unit sounds like a 18-wheeler is outside the window. Not sure what to do as I have 20 people coming to my house in 2 weeks and need heat in the dining room it operators.

We mainly bought this for backup heat in the winter time we live in north west pa but used the AC a bit in the summer and it cooled down the place very well but wanted to wait untill it cooled down to do a review. It's been colder where I live for a few weeks now and it's been working great the fan is so quiet you don't even realize it's on, the variable speed setting is a nice feature with the multi direction osculation spreads the air out nicely, installation was easy my only complaint was no template to mark the hole and mounting location had to transfer measurements from the bracket to the wall and that took alot longer than it should of. I mean for the extra couple cents be easy to print out a template and throw it in the box to make installation easier on people I see alot of comments on here about this and it does make it frustrating.
