This window intercom system is clear, I had a little trouble with installing( I missed placed the instructions) , and works well for communication through glass. This will work for a countertop with either bulletproof glass or just a cough screen. Or even a front door. This gives you the ability to communicate through otherwise sound blocking objects and gives you the ability to run your business or greet strangers with the safety of a partition or separation. I'll be using this in my upstairs garden which is sealed and sterile, so I don't like to come and go. This will give me communicate down to the main room of my house incase I need something done and don't want to come down and go back up. It will work great for what i need it too. It's not a bad gaget. Great product.

This 2 way voice intercom never worked. I read he directions set this up correctly this item simply never worked. It seemed like the power was not able to reach the item. 1 star complete waste of time and money.
