THIS IS TOTALLY MY FAULT FOR NOT COMPLETELY READING THE DESCRIPTION BUT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THIS IS ONLY A TRAY. THERE IS NO SALT BLOCK. WITH THAT SAID THE TRAY ITSELF IS NICE AND STURDY. I HAVE YET TO PURCHASE THE SALT BLOCK BUT I DID CUT OUT A NICE THICK PIECE OF WOOD AND USE THIS AS A CUTTING BOARD AND SERVING TRY WHILE OUTSIDE BBQING.

I like the way this salt block holder is made. It's all metal, durable and the handles are attached well. I also like that this holder fits the salt block perfectly and keeps the salt block up and off of the counter. Overall this works as advertised. I recommend it.
