Mounting holes did not align perfectly with holes in door, so the latter were enlarged slightly with a rat tail file to accomodate. As a result, the window rocks back a bit as it closes tightly. Until holes can be enlarged further to improve alignment, the window works fine. That aside, I'd otherwise rate the regulator a 5.0. The original regulator had a broken nylon guide that kept the window open ~1/4" when closed, causing a loud roar, which is now eliminated.

So far so great. The dealer wanted 165 dollars for this same part , so for 34 dollars I could not be happier. It went in pretty easily. The bolts on the motor mount did not perfectly match but a little palm pressure and manipulation, it really wasn't a problem. The rest went in with out a problem. It works very smoothly.out of the box, this is great.

Quality part that fit perfectly without issue. Easy install, took about 15-20 minutes. My mechanic quoted me $275 to replace it. $130 for labor and $145 for the part from Hyundai. Well worth it to do it yourself if you have even a minimal amount of basic mechanical experience.****update....the plastic pulley that the cable runs around broke within just over a year...why the heck don’t they make them out of metal instead?? Very disappointed I now I have to replace part again*****

Bought this for my 2002 Accent after the cable got all tangled one day and I could not roll up my window. I had to temporarily take the door apart and take off the motor so I could use a pair of vise grips on the cable to hold up the window.Once installed, it works fine and like factory. However, the 3 holes for the power window motor did not line up exactly. To get the motor to lie flat against this part, like it should, I had to take my Dremel tool out and enlarge two of the three holes. This was not difficult, or hard to do, but it took extra time (a small round file might also work). I could have still bolted the two together had I not done this, and it might have still worked, but I wasn't about to try it, or take the chance. Considering the dealer quoted me over $200, I would still buy this part again. The rest of the part seemed well made, and probably would have gotten 5 stars, if not for this issue. After two weeks, it still works fine. However, after a few years and less than probably 40,000 miles the part broke again, so I downgraded to two stars.
