Mom is over 80 and fell while trying to get out of the bed a few times. Someone recommended this product and it was a game changer from day one. My wife and I could now sleep in peace. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about five months. Highly recommend this product.

Very disappointed in this product. I went with the Drive brand because all my mom other products are Drive. Only part of the bed alarm actually works. Eats through batteries. She can actually stand up before the alarm goes off. Customer service is nonexistent. I have to find a different one that actually will do the job. I will NEVER by the Drive brand again. For the money I paid for this, its ridiculous. Don't bother ordering it unless you have money to waste.

This bed alarm is not worth the time or money. I have purchased 2 of these alarms since last May 2018 and nether of them lasted longer than four months before the the signal box stopped working. Also went through one battery a week which is very costly. Would highly not recommend this product to any one . Very disappointed.

My mother has alzheimers and forgets her walker going to the bathroom at night. The bed alarm means that I wake up in time to help her. Excellent product.

Works well. Certainly the noise makes the person stop getting out of bed

Purchased on Aug. 29th. It is now September 26th and it is not working. We have changed out the batteries. The device is intermittantly beeping during the night with no corresponding movement from my mother. It causes disrupted sleep for the patient and for the caregivers. I do not know if I have any way of getting a refund.

I purchased this item in May 2010, well guess what - here it is July, 2011 and it no longer works. The power is showing ok, but the sensor does not work anymore. How we found out it was not working was my mother got out of bed without the alarm going off and guess what - she fell and ended up in the hospital. Not really happy with your product right now.
