haven’t had to use the hand crank feature yet but I’ve been using this as a radio for when I sit outside, it feels very nostalgic. I feel a lot more prepared for a storm now that I have this.

We live in the country and will loose power on occasion. No power, no internet. This is easy to use and gives us something to listen to while we wait for the power to come on. The flashlight works great too.

I couldn't be happier -- this is the perfect addition to our emergency kits! Can be charged by small solar panels on top or easily charge with the hand crank, which I think it says the hand crank charge will last about 15 min. It includes a USB charging cord too so it can be used to power/charge a phone, tablet/laptop, or whatever. It's very lightweight with a bright flashlight. Also has an AM/FM radio and NOAA weather reports, and an SOS button to activate a loud siren in case we're trapped and need to signal for help. It's not too big or heavy -- very easy to hold and handle, and easy to store in our emergency kit. It doesn't use any type of battery -- only solar or hand crank. I've put a reminder on my calendar to recharge it every few months so it will always be ready. We've had fire danger here recently and needed to put together a "go bag". This is exactly what we needed. Purchased 2 so we can have one in each car. Love it!

The main reason i bought this gadget was for the the crank option and neatness.i am gushing as to how much i love it. It charges even my mini fan. It is the first solar charging gadget i actually see charges when you face the panel to the sun..not even in direct sun ..just on the chair by the window and it charges. The crank option also works because when you crank the charging light also comes on. .the siren is super loud and the power bank also. It a perfect size for travel too.o love it so much i made videos of its functions and sent to my friends. I am happy to add it to my emergency kit but will also use sometime to listen to the radio when i am on the computerI 100% will give it an excellent rating. Thanks guys.. would have loved if it came with a little pooch.. maybe you can send me one. :) thanks again.

I already have an emergency radio. But everyone keeps saying you should atleast 2 just in case the other one doesn't work. So when I seen this in my favorite color I have to get it. So far it does everything it says it does. The only thing is when charging it doesn't show its being charged. But when cranking it the light comes on. So I am just put on a timer for an hour to check it. My other radio doesn't show how much charge you have left this one when turned on shows how much of battery power you have left which I like better. The light is very bright and the SOS works. The radio tunes in prefect. If you looking for a good emergency radio this one is a good price and good quality.

The radio audio quality is good, and the flashlight is very bright, solar and hand crank both work, sos alarm is loud, found that out when i accidently pressed it while i was outside at night, not so sure about the power bank, it did not work but when i tried whilw writing this it worked, so a bit iffy on that. Overall, for the price and quality, a very good buy.
