No complaints. It did as described, and so far, my dubia roaches haven't had any negative reactions to it and are still thriving.

My dubia roaches like this stuff better than fruit!I trust Flukers to make it nutritious, no worries there. Good value for the price for a mid-size container.

I have no idea about the mineral content but the roaches like to eat it and when I'm gone a few days, I put veggies and this in my colony. They are surviving and thriving.
