We bought these for our daughter to wear for lacrosse. She has a smaller size mouth and I did appreciate the ability to resize the mouth piece to fit her mouth. Loved the colors too!

Bough them for my players who loose their mouth guards come game time. Great to have in a pinch, but not the greatest quality. I would buy again as emergency back ups.

I messed up the first one, and the second one was a bit wonky. I ended up fitting all 5 of them and the last two came out great. I'd recommend practicing forming the mouthguard on the your least favorite color first, and saving your favorite color for last after you've gotten some practice. I also recommend fitting the mouthguard in a mirror to make sure the mouthguard is center in your mouth, or else one end will be way longer, and the other end way shorter. Make sure the mouthguard is well aligned before biting down.

Quality reflected in what I paid for them. Cheap but they melt rather than form easily. I had a lot to have some trial and error. Not a great fit but they they got the job done ultimately.
